Marketing/Business Development Manager
We currently have a job opening for a Marketing/Business Development Manager, available at the soonest possible starting date.
Darrel Technologies Ltd provides an enabling environment for corporate development, and over the years our clients have come to rely on the IT support we provide to grow their businesses.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement sales strategies
- Responsible for the development of a competent sales/marketing team
- Evaluate, define and implement price models and other pricing initiatives
- Collect customer feedback and monitor preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services
- Conduct competition analyses
- Work closely with PR agencies and facilitators
- Monitor sales and present briefings to management
Job Requirements, Skills and Abilities
- Academic degree in Economics, business management, administration or related program
- At least 2 years of job experience working with clients
- Solid understanding of direct marketing channel management, strategic partnership/business development and sales marketing.
- Knowledge of jobs and recruiting industry, ideally consulting experience
- Excellent spoken and written English skills are required, other local Ghanaian language abilities (especially Twi) are advantageous
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Good business acumen and analytical skills
- Proven Internet knowledge/ online affinity, and a sound understanding of ICT is a MUST.
